WARRANTY POLICY
All our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes. We ask the buyer to return the defected item (covering return shipping costs) and we cover all replacement shipping. Provided with cause for warranty replacement, if the item defects within 30 days, we will also be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Dr.Arrivo devices that are not sold on Artistic-co.us are not covered by our warranty. Warranty is not available for skincare/perishable products.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return, please contact Customer Service. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. If the returned item does not meet our Return Policy criteria (unopened with all of the original packaging and accessories), then no refund will be given – and the returned item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is due to any fault of the customer, such as an incorrect item being ordered or a delivery address being entered incorrectly, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on the part of Artistic-co.us, such as shipment of an incorrect item or damage to an item upon arrival, Artistic-co.us shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the United States and Canada. All the freights are free. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority, and your signature is required.
- We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
- We DO NOT SHIP to USPS or FedEx drop boxes, or any other type of public mailbox.
- We DO NOT SHIP to international courier or transportation/shipping centers in the United States, including NewYorkMailBox.com.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59PM CT to start processing on the next business day. Processing usually takes 2-3 business days, and orders will arrive within 5-8 business days from when the order is shipped. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.
SHIPPIG CARRIERS
USPS Priority with Signature Required
Artistic-co.us ships via USPS Priority within the USA, and Canada and all orders require the recipient’s signature upon receipt to avoid any product theft, loss or damage.
We cannot waive the signature requirement for any reason. However, you are welcome to contact your local USPS location and arrange for them to hold your package for pickup.
TRACKING PACKAGES
Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package easily. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Artistic-co.us is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by Artistic-co.us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Artistic-co.us will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. Please be sure to sign for your package to avoid any product theft, loss or damage. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, USPS will return the package to Artistic-co.us. Any charges incurred by Artistic-co.us due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Shipping charges incurred by Artistic-co.us due to refused shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
