    UPS with Signature Required in US and Canada.

    All orders require the recipient’s signature upon receipt to avoid any product theft, loss or damage. We cannot waive the signature requirement for any reason. However, you are welcome to contact your local UPS location and arrange for them to hold your package for pickup.

     

    Tracking Packages

    Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package easily. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.

     

    Unsuccessful Delivery

    Artistic & Co. is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by Artistic & Co. to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. Please be sure to sign for your package to avoid any product theft, loss or damage. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, UPS will return the package to Artistic & Co. Any charges incurred by Artistic & Co. due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Refused Shipments

    Shipping charges incurred by us due to refused shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

     

    ​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

    You may request to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. You must return your purchase in new condition as you receive them, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code and serial number where applicable) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories to receive a full refund. If your original purchase included free gifts, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free gifts you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. If the returned purchase has been opened or used but is not deemed functional defective, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.


    Returning purchase that does not have prior authorization will be rejected. Please contact us at: [email protected] prior to your return and we will provide you with a unique RMA#. You must return your purchase to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA#, with the RMA# and invoice included in the package. Provided with cause for warranty replacement, if the item defects within 30 days, we will also be responsible for the return shipping fee.
